Lemonade: Poems from the First 100 Days captures the psychological landscape of early pandemic isolation through unflinching, real-time poetry written during the most disorienting period of recent history.

Written one poem per day from March to June 2020, this collection documents what it felt like to live through the first COVID-19 lockdowns, nationwide protests, and apocalyptic wildfires while society suspended itself between an irretrievable past and unknowable future.

These aren't just pandemic poems, they're love poems to departed pets, distant lovers, and the self that survives despite everything. Moving between intimate confession and cultural commentary, the collection explores how enforced solitude amplified both trauma and desire, how women navigate a world designed to harm them, and what it means to be human when humanity itself feels under threat.
